Orlando, Fla. — Franklin Street has been awarded management of UnionWest at Creative Village, a 600-bed, mixed-use development located near the University of Central Florida and Valencia College in Orlando.
The property is being developed by a partnership between Ustler Development and Development Ventures Group, and is set for delivery this fall. The $105 million community will feature 105,000 square feet of academic and student services space leased to the University of Central Florida and Valencia College. This space will be home to Valencia’s new 50,000-square-foot Walt Disney World School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
The property will also offer 12,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor leased to CFE Credit Union, Qdoba Mexican Eats, Dunkin’ Donuts and Subway.
