Franklin Street has arranged the sale of McDonough Commons, a 70,955-square-foot retail plaza in Atlanta’s McDonough submarket. The sales price was undisclosed.
Located at 1541 Highway 20 West, the newly-built retail center is currently 93% leased to a tenant lineup that includes Burlington, Tuesday Morning, Pet Supermarket, Sprint and Great Clips. The property is located on the highly-trafficked corridor of Hampton Road in Henry County.
Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street and the Atlanta retail investment sales team represented the seller, Nashville-based real estate development company GBT Realty Corp., in the transaction. The buyer was an Alpharetta-based private investment group.
