Franklin Street Arranges Sale of 48K-SF Self-Storage Facility in Virginia

ROANOKE, August 1, 2024Franklin Street Self-Storage announced today the sale of CubeSmart, a 48,316-square-foot self-storage facility in Roanoke, VA.

Franklin Street facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyer, achieving a successful transaction. The identity of the seller remains confidential.

The buyer will rebrand the self-storage facility to Lock & Roll Storage – Roanoke.

Leading the fourth-long transaction were Senior Directors David Perlleshi and Frank DeSalvo with Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage team.

Located at 4146 Melrose Ave NW near I-81, the facility is surrounded by popular retailers, including Harbor Freights, AutoZone, Wells Fargo and Aaron’s. With its convenient location and well-maintained facilities, the facility is poised to continue serving the local community in Roanoke, Va.
