Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Team of Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Valor Self Storage. The buyer is Phoenix-based, Freedom Storage AZ, LLC, who was identified by Austin Bloom from Keller Williams.
Situated on 1.28 acres, at 3390 State Highway 89, Cougar Self Storage comprises 95 units with keypad access for entry and is fully gated. The facility sees an average daily traffic count of 12,244 vehicles.
