Clay Center, KS (November 1, 2023) – Franklin Street has arranged the sale of Tiger Self Storage, a 22,764-net-rentable-square-foot, 1.83-acre value-add self-storage portfolio in Clay Center, Kansas.
Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Team of David Perlleshi and Frank DeSalvo arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Valor Self Storage. The buyer is Hephaestus Holdings, LLC.
Tiger Self Storage, featuring 128 units, was built in phases from 1984 to 2004. This marks Franklin Street’s second closing in Kansas, demonstrating their commitment to client satisfaction even in volatile market conditions, as stated by Perlleshi and DeSalvo.
