ATLANTA (October 12, 2023) – Franklin Street congratulates Planet Fitness franchise division Alder Partners on the opening of its new 18,000-square-foot fitness club in Lithonia at Rockbridge Rd., a suburb just north of Atlanta. The club will officially open late fall and is Alder Partners’ 29th location in the Greater Atlanta metro.
As Alder Partners’ exclusive leasing advisor in the Atlanta market, Franklin Street’s retail tenant representation team, led by Regional Managing Director Greg Eisenman, helped secure the new location.
