Josh Dohring has relocated from Seattle to join the growing North Florida office of Franklin Street as an associate director.
Working within the firm’s retail tenant services division, Dohring will provide representation and development services on behalf of company clients, which includes Dollar Tree, Hardee’s, Great Clips, First Watch, and Newk’s, throughout Jacksonville and North Florida.
Dohring has previously worked as a broker with Ewing and Clark, Coast/Sperry Van Ness and Commercial Partners Realty. He also spent eight years at Dohring Group, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal firm in Tampa.
Dohring is a former member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), the Tampa Downtown Partnership and the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a graduate of Florida State University.
