Tampa’s Franklin Street announced the sale of a CVS corporate-guaranteed triple-net lease for $2.61 million, or $251 per square foot. The freestanding CVS is located at U.S. Highway 19 and Darlington Road in Holiday. Rafeal Wright and Jonathan Graber represented the seller, Holiday Sun Properties LTD LLP, a Southeast Florida limited liability partnership.
