The Canterbury Oaks Apartments, at 2025 Rogers St., have been sold to a new owner that intends to upgrade the complex.
Darron Kattan with Franklin Street, the Tampa real estate company representing seller Silent Oaks LLC, said the property sold late last month for $3.75 million.
He said the buyer, represented by AC Commercial, is the Los Angeles-based Zlotolow family, which bought the apartments through a combination of trusts. The family is planning minor interior improvements plus “a much-needed curb appeal facelift,” Kattan said.
