Carrie Smith is the Senior Vice President of Retail Services and specializes in expansion of local, regional and national tenants. Carrie leads her teams with servant leadership and always finds time for a good joke. Carrie enjoys the finer things in life like a great glass of bourbon and time with her family.
GIS Manager
Rob Cox is the Retail Leasing Team’s resident GIS expert. He is behind all the great mapping and data we are able to provide to our clients that set them up for success. Rob is a proud dad of 2 children and spends his off time with them at the pool or beach.

Senior Vice President, Retail Services
Monetha Cobb is the Senior Vice President of the Retail Leasing team. Monetha has a very accomplished career in commercial real estate and has won many awards in Atlanta and Nationally. Monetha is extremely involved in the Real Estate community and many nonprofits. She is also well traveled and spends every moment available with her son.
Senior Director, Tenant Representation
Greg Eisenman handles a variety of retail, restaurant, and services clients all throughout the state of Georgia and beyond. His passion for helping his clients expand is a key factor in his success. Greg is kept busy when not at work with 2 daughters and his love for all Atlanta sports.

Len Erickson brings decades of experience in development to Franklin Street. Len has been an instrumental part of many of notable mixed-use developments in the Atlanta area and beyond. When Len isn’t work, which is rare, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Jessica Branch has been with Franklin Street for 5 years, she is an award winning CRE social media influencer. Jessica creates lasting client relationships for the retailers she represents. In her free time, she never misses an opportunity to jump on a plane and go!

Adam Wenz is a Director of Tenant Rep Services on the Retail Leasing team. He brings a wealth of knowledge with several years of experience working with top tenants.

As a Director of Landlord Services in our Atlanta office, Sam Krueger working with many different developments to secure reputable tenants. Sam embodies the “work hard, play hard” mentality and if you get the chance make sure to try out anything he makes on The Green Egg!

Ashley Esler is the Senior Client Services Manager, keeping all the deals running on the backend. Ashley has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry which makes her still invaluable on each deal she touches. Ashley enjoys being able to get away to the beach with her husband and two children at any chance she gets.

Kaelyn Sreenan has worked her way from Transaction Assistant, creating marketing collateral and business proposals to a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville office representing Landlords. Kaelyn enjoys being on the water with family and friends.

Abby Walsh is a Senior Associate for Tenant Representation in our Jacksonville Office, working with many franchises and bringing new concepts to North East Florida. Abby is an active member of the community and chairs Best Buddies in the area. She is married to her college sweetheart and recently welcomed a son to the family.
