New York-based investment advisory Axonic Properties sold the Heritage at Tampa apartments at 7011 San Ramon Pl. in Tampa, Florida, for $13.1 million, or about $119,000 per unit, to TLR Property Management.
The 141,200-square-foot multifamily property was built in 1969 on 7.8 acres in the Temple Terrace neighborhood of Hillsborough County. It is comprised of 110 units that were 96% occupied at the time of sale.
Darron Kattan, Kevin Kelleher, Robert Goldfinger and Zach Ames of Franklin Street’s Tampa multifamily team brokered the sale on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
