DDS Lab, LLC, a full-service dental laboratory business, is set to dedicate its new corporate headquarters this Friday, March 4, in Tampa with a ribbon cutting and employee lunch.
Late last year, Franklin Street represented DDS Lab in finding a new home at the Beaumont Center in the Westshore/Airport submarket, brokering a 28,000-square-foot office lease. The company’s new office is located at 5440 Beaumont Center Blvd., Suite 400.
“This is a significant expansion for DDS Lab,” said Chris Butler, Franklin Street’s managing director. “They leased twice as much space as they had previously in order to support current and future growth plans.”

DDS Lab is a full-service dental laboratory specializing in crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, implant restorations, orthodontics and mouth guards. While the company’s headquarters is in Tampa, its manufacturing operation is located in Shenzhen, China.
The company was previously located in the Westport Commerce Center at 6015 Benjamin Road, Suite 310, Tampa, FL 33634.
