Franklin Street’s North Florida office has been retained by Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (RGPT) to be the exclusive leasing broker for the River City Marketplace in Jacksonville. The center is a 918,665 square foot community center located on the east side of the Jacksonville Airport exit with frontage on Interstate 95. Opened in 2006, the center is anchored by Regal Cinemas, Lowe’s, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels and Bed Bath & Beyond.
