Justin Spiller hired by Franklin Street to focus on retail investors

Franklin Street has hired Justin Spiller, Esq. to the newly created position of associate director, retail investments for the firm's Jacksonville office.

Franklin Street has hired Justin Spiller, Esq. to the newly created position of associate director, retail investments for the firm’s Jacksonville office. Spiller will specialize in representing investors in the sale and purchase of retail properties throughout North Florida and the Southeast. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Spiller was a founding member of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, where he served as senior investment sales associate and served as an investment associate for the national retail group at Marcus & Millichap in Miami. Spiller received a B.A. in political science from Brown University and earned a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. He maintains an active Florida Bar license and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate.
