Tim Rogers has joined Franklin Street Real Estate Services as a new associate at the firm. In his new role, Rogers will be working in retail landlord representation across the central Florida markets with a focus on leasing services, transactional management, analysis of the market and business management for clients.
Rogers most recently served as an associate director with Front Street, where he worked with landlord representation and shopping center tenants. Before joining a commercial real estate firm with Street in the name, he did a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and after relocating to Florida in 2013, is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in real estate.
