Westside shopping center sells for $3.3 million

Franklin Street's Justin Spiller and Chat Atwood arranged sale of a 46,660-square-foot retail center in Jacksonville.

A 46,660-square-foot Westside shopping center has been sold for $3.3 million.

The Timuquana Marketplace at 5150 Timuquana Road was 75 percent occupied at the time of the sale, according brokerage firm Franklin Street. Ash Properties sold the property to Robert Bridge Enterprises Inc.

Franklin Street’s Justin Spiller and Chad Atwood represented the seller in the transaction.
