Easley, S.C. — The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), along with Franklin Street, has arranged the $7.7 million sale of The Shops at Easley Town Center, two retail buildings totaling 21,300 square feet in Easley, located 10 miles southwest of Greenville.
Neal Pringle of TSCG arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Bond Street Advisors. John Tennant and Bryan Belk of Franklin Street represented the buyer, Mill Creek/Cooper LLC. Walmart, Sam’s Club and Kohl’s shadow anchor The Shops at Easley Town Center, which was fully leased at the time of sale. The center is home to tenants including AT&T, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Aspen Dental, Supercuts, GameStop and Sprint.
