Sanitas Medical Centers signed leases for five new locations in South Florida, according to broker Franklin Street.
The Latin American health care company recently came to Florida with clinics exclusively serving Florida Blue health plan members. Justin Berryman, the Franklin Street broker who arranged the leases for Sanitas, said the clinics will range from 4,200 to 15,000 square feet and are expected to be open by January. They will employ physicians and nurses, he added.
