TAMPA—Franklin Street was launched in 2006 during one of the toughest real estate climates in recent years. Since then, it has grown from four people working out of an apartment to 300 employees with their most recent announcement they were moving corporate headquarters here to Austin Center.
Franklin Street CEO and Managing Partner Andrew Wright was only 26 years old when he established the firm, which is now in six offices in major Southeast cities doing more than $4 billion in transaction value.
It has also been named one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the Southeast by Real Estate Forum.
