Burkes Outlet, a privately held retailer, signed a 30,000-square-foot lease at Site Center’s Westside Centre in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Class A, 650,639-square-foot power center at 6275 University Drive NW was developed by the owner in 2001. Spanning 91 acres, the 4-Star property is less than four miles from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Buff Teague, Leigh Dale Younce and Emily Miller with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in negotiations. Sterling Hale and Bob Kane at Franklin Street Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
