The new office, located in Coral Gables at 2 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 701, is the second in South Florida for the firm, joining its Fort Lauderdale location. The office opening is a significant signal of the firm’s growth in Miami, following the hiring of Rafael Romero as regional managing director in August 2025.

Franklin Street’s Miami presence has grown significantly since Romero’s hiring and now has eight team members. The office opens with teams across multiple business lines including national self-storage investment sales, retail investment sales, retail leasing and capital markets. The office is more than 4,100 square feet and provides the opportunity to continue to scale the team. It is strategically located with proximity to Brickell downtown area and is within walking distance of Ponce de Leon and Miracle Mile’s shopping, dining, and entertainment.
