Dylan Morse serves as a senior associate for Franklin Street’s Fort Lauderdale office. He specializes in investment sales with a focus on the acquisition and disposition of retail and mixed use properties throughout the Southeast.
Mr. Morse’s career began while attending Florida State University, handling the acquisitions for an investment real estate company. After graduation and prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Morse served as an investment sales advisor with Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Morse’s past experience and passion for real estate have allowed him to gain strong industry connections and market insights to deliver exceptional results and align his clients with their investment goals.
