Michael McCahon is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in South Florida. Collaborating alongside Regional Managing Director Dan Dratch, Mr. McCahon specializes in representing a diverse range of owners in the acquisition and disposition of Class B and C asset properties across the dynamic markets in the tri-county region of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
Previously to joining the firm, Mr. McCahon worked as a Logistics Account Executive with Total Quality Logistics. During his tenure, he gained knowledge and experience in negotiation, sales and communications skills.
