Westcott Toole oversees the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. As Regional Manager, he is responsible for supervising all management personnel in the market and for making key decisions regarding sourcing bidding process, contract negotiations, and monitoring of the contractors employed at each property.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Toole worked for C1 Bank in St. Petersburg, where he was in charge of preparing and reviewing loan documents for several commercial and consumer loans for the full-service community bank. Mr. Toole has a widespread legal background serving as a legal assistant and a claims analyst for several institutions across the Tampa Bay area.
Mr. Toole is a member of the International Council Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
