Travis Jones serves as a Senior Associate in Investment Sales at Franklin Street, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout South Florida. As part of the multi-housing investment sales team, he is responsible for advising clients on commercial real estate strategies and trends across various multifamily asset types, including stabilized, value-add and student housing properties.
Mr. Jones has over 15 years of experience working with clients to structure successful deals. He partners with clients by taking a consultative approach about trying to help resolve issues for each individual person. Furthermore, Mr. Jones prides himself on building long term relationships with clients, so they can feel absolutely safe to express their own views and ask questions.
Mr. Jones graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Florida.
