As a Senior Associate from Franklin Street’s Atlanta Retail Investment Sales team, Sam Roe focuses on single-tenant and retail properties throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Mr. Roe holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics from Mars Hill University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and made a strong impact as a four-year NCAA student athlete, serving as the co-captain for the University’s soccer team. Additionally, Mr. Roe recently completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University, while simultaneously working toward his ultimate goal of offering expert solutions and services to Franklin Street’s growing retail client base.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Roe worked as a professional soccer trainer within the Greater Atlanta Area, where he was able to grow a strong clientele base through an entrepreneurial mindset, in addition to his role as a leader for Mars Hill University’s soccer program. He worked as a senior instructor for Toca Football in Atlanta. Mr. Roe eventually expanded his reach by serving a larger base to clients as a private instructor. Additionally, he worked as a social media marketing specialist and brand promoter for Milland, Elite Athletic Scholarships, ensuring growth for the company by channeling the ideal target market.
