Mike Riley is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s multifamily investment sales team in Atlanta, where he specializes in the listing and sale of Class B and C assets for private and regional investors. Prior to Franklin Street, he served as a financial analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office where his team sold over $2.3B in multifamily assets.
Through the Franklin Street collaborative platform, Mr. Riley can focus on clients’ financial needs and goals as a focal point of the exit strategy – including a detailed marketing plan tailored for a seamless transaction to achieve maximum proceeds for his clients.
Mr. Riley graduated from Elon University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Georgia.
