Matthew Weinberger serves as Franklin Street’s Director of Healthcare Services for Central and North Florida. He has been involved in the healthcare commercial real estate industry since 2015, and today he is recognized as a market leader.
Mr. Weinberger joined the team in 2020, bringing a strong background in representing owners, investors and occupiers in the disposition, acquisition, development and leasing of healthcare assets throughout the Southeast U.S. In addition to the representation and advisory on behalf of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in transactions, he has significant experience in site selection for new warehouse and distribution center locations, corporate services, lease administration, consulting on owned real estate assets and portfolios, and assisting healthcare real estate users and investors with development and investment strategies.
Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Weinberger served as a Vice President with Millenia Partners, tasked with leading and spearheading the growth of the Central Florida-based full-service commercial real estate firm’s Healthcare division. Prior to that, he worked for Lincoln Property Company as a Senior Associate, where he focused on healthcare leasing, sales and corporate services.
Mr. Weinberger earned a B.A. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of NAIOP Central Florida, the UCF Alumni Association and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.
