Kevin Kelleher, Senior Director for Franklin Street Real Estate Services, is a multifamily specialist in the Florida market, focusing on greater Tampa Bay. He has been hired by private clients with large portfolios, single properties, institutional owners, national lenders, community banks, and servicing companies of all sizes.
Since 2009, Mr. Kelleher has closed over 204 apartment communities totaling more than $1 billion in value. He is sought after by owners and real estate professionals throughout the industry for his market expertise and advisory services.
Mr. Kelleher’s real estate career began at Marcus & Millichap, where he oversaw the underwriting and marketing of more than $500 million of multifamily properties. In 2008, he joined Franklin Street and furthered his expansive knowledge of the Central Florida multifamily market by creating a large network of buyers and sellers.
With outstanding sales accomplishments, Mr. Kelleher received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award nine years in a row, 2010-2018; as well as 2011’s Largest Brokerage Fee and the Breakout Award. In 2015, he was recognized by Real Estate Forum Magazine as an emerging leader in the multifamily industry. Mr. Kelleher embraces the collaborative platform at Franklin Street, which casts the widest net possible when selling investment-grade real estate. This platform, coupled with unparalleled transaction management, has developed into a leading approach in the investment sales industry.
Mr. Kelleher is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Pamplin School of Business. He is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
