Professional Experience

Josh Gentry serves as a Project Manager for Franklin Street’s Atlanta office. In this role, he provides a variety of commercial construction management services, including ground up development, redevelopment, tenant coordination, pre-construction planning, design builds, retail store roll-outs and build-to-suits. He also has extensive expertise in value engineering, capital improvement projects and budgeting/cost analysis.

Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Gentry was a Tenant Coordination Project Manager at Site Centers, where he was responsible for carrying out the construction and delivery obligations of the company’s core vacancy leasing efforts.  He also previously co-owned and operated his own construction firm, Sims Construction Services. 

Most notably, is Mr. Gentry’s continuous service to our country. He served 10 years on active duty in the Coast Guard and is currently in the Coast Guard Reserves. Mr. Gentry earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
