As a Director for Franklin Street Insurance Services, Joel Williams specializes in the development, marketing strategy, carrier liaison and execution of affinity insurance programs. His first FSIS program fully integrates all the services Franklin Street provides to the Self-Storage industry (Insurance, Capital Advisory and Commercial Real Estate Services). Joel has over 35 years of marketing experience starting his career with The New York Times. Over the past 26 years, his focus has been building national programs for associations, their members, and their employees. These groups include trade associations, franchise associations and sponsored groups.
Mr. Williams has been involved with community and charitable organizations throughout his career including board membership of the Outback Pro-Am foundation, Chairman of the local board and state board member of Easter Seals Florida, and the President of the Beach Park Homeowners Association.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
