Jack Griffith brings diverse experience servicing the debt, equity and other complex financial needs of commercial real estate investors, developers and occupiers. As a Director with Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory Team, Mr. Griffith takes a proactive and knowledgeable approach arranging debt and equity solutions for all types of commercial real estate investments. Based in Atlanta, he represents private and institutional clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Franklin Street in 2022, Mr. Griffith worked for Sylvan Road Capital, an Atlanta-based boutique private equity group, where he focused on new targeted acquisitions in the Midwest and Northeast. Prior to that, he worked with Marcus & Millichap’s capital partners group in Chicago, where he participated in over $350 million in transactions involving primarily institutional-grade office, industrial and multifamily properties.
