Bronic Roberts is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Fort Lauderdale. Working alongside the senior leadership of Dan Dratch, Ryan Wold and Ethan Krauss, Mr. Roberts will assist in the disposition of multifamily properties throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties in South Florida.
Prior to his role at Franklin Street, Mr. Roberts spent ten years in residential sales, construction and development. He sold new construction homes and entitled land parcels for developers as well as developed and built various residential projects within a family business in New York. Mr. Roberts is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida and New York.
