Bradley Cassidy is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street Insurance Services, delivering tailored insurance programs to sophisticated real estate owners and operators with portfolios of properties throughout the United States.
His responsibilities entail partnering with clients to design customized insurance solutions to protect their assets and exposures on a first- and third- party basis, while maintaining competitive financial impact. He specializes in portfolios with properties that contain a high concentration of soft occupants, such as multifamily and retail strip centers, that are located in catastrophic wind exposed areas.
Mr. Cassidy brings valuable experience, previously working with USI Insurance Services, one of the largest insurance brokerage companies in the country, where worked directly with insureds to advocate on their behalf. Prior to that, he served as an insurance broker/underwriter with Hull & Company, where he designed insurance policies with in-house authority and brokerage placement for real estate owners and other commercial insureds.
After developing a niche within commercial real estate insurance, Mr. Cassidy brought his expertise to Franklin Street in order to provide clients with the most competitive insurance solutions.
