Benjamin Decker is an Associate with Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Investment Sales Team in Miami, where he provides comprehensive real estate solutions for owners and investors of self-storage assets located throughout the country.
Mr. Decker effectively advises clients through every stage of the investment cycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset valuation, capital budgeting, and site selection. Additionally, he collaborates with Franklin Street’s insurance, capital advisory, leasing, and management professionals to provide the full scope of real estate services for clients in the self-storage industry.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Benjamin specialized in the advisory of self-storage assets with Matthews REIS and also worked with Marcus & Millichap analyzing single tenant net leased assets while researching the feasibility of new markets nationally.
Mr. Decker is solution-oriented, ambitious and informative through every step of the transaction process. His primary focus is aligning with the investment goals of his clients and leveraging his in-depth industry knowledge and network to help achieve those goals.
