Franklin Street is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or 3 or more years of experience in the general marketing field with excellent communication and a basic understanding of commercial real estate. A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Publisher, and PowerPoint is required. Additionally, mastery of project management tools and an understanding of methodologies like Agile is a must to be successful in this role.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts to achieve the company’s defined corporate marketing objectives. This role is best suited for someone with a passion for organization and defining processes, and the skillset to leverage technology to manage those processes. This role also requires excellent communication skills, creativity, a data-driven approach to marketing, and a basic understanding of commercial real estate.

Marketing Project Management:

  • Identify and leverage project management platforms and tools to organize the projects and functions of the corporate marketing department. Must have proficient skills with, Click Up, etc.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the marketing team for moving marketing projects though the designing, creating, and execution of marketing collaterals to support the growth and expansion of services and markets.
  • Effectively work with key stakeholders on identifying the goals of marketing project requests and disseminating to the appropriate marketing team members for execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
  • Manage components of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.


  • Create and maintain multiple monthly marketing reports to ensure reports are completed and distributed to appropriate stakeholders by the deadline. Ability to analyze and create recommendations based on the monthly data.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Create, maintain, and manage marketing project calendar including but not limited to project deadlines and project milestones.

Team Management:

  • Manage all marketing vendors. Developing and maintaining a list of preferred vendors with their specialties of focus to be shared company wide as a resource.
  • Create, distribute, and maintain detailed progress notes for all marketing department meetings and projects within various platforms.
  • Write and distribute internal communications for marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and circulate agenda for identified marketing collaborative meetings as needed. Ensure follow-up to action meeting action items.
  • Manage the review and updates across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage and update Marketing creative assets located on the SharePoint drive for general use.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 or more years of experience in a general marketing field.
  • Mastery of project management tools and an understanding of methodologies like Agile a must.
  • High level of proficiency in computer skills including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Publisher, and PowerPoint) and internet / application software is required along with a willingness and ability to learn new software programs.
  • Excellent data entry skills are required. Experience working with databases and project management software a plus.
  • Prior experience working at a Real Estate company is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Flash) a plus.
  • Experience in developing processes and protocols to manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Experience utilizing a variety of marketing and media communication vehicles including web, email promotion, and traditional service/product collateral a plus.
  • Knowledge of off-line marketing disciplines i.e.: direct marketing, collateral development, public and media relations, and event marketing preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3+ years of related experience. Must possess demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
