Franklin Street is currently seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team in Tampa, FL.

The ideal candidate must possess 5 years of professional experience including relevant sales agent or executive search experience. Strong analytical experience – able to collect and interpret data-based measurements. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Strong candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for all executive and sales agent roles
  • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Execute recruitment contact strategies utilizing established networks and connections
  • Maintain outreach database to expedite contact and refinement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on recruiting initiatives and events throughout market.
  • Develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a diverse pipeline of passive talent
  • Communicate recruiting status of open requisitions with senior leadership.
  • Work with the marketing department on current/relevant recruiting materials.
  • Assists with recruitment budgets and planning when needed.
  • Build applicant sources and networks, including Associations, Certifying Agencies, and applicable industry organizations.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends and new methods to source top candidates
  • May travel to other offices when needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of professional experience including relevant sales agent or executive search experience
  • Experience working with the commercial real estate industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical experience – able to collect and interpret data-based measurements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office, HRIS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
