Danielle Oliva serves as Franklin Street’s Human Resources Director, responsible for the company’s employee relations and services. By guiding and managing Franklin Street policies and programs, Ms. Oliva leads staffing and recruiting efforts, organizational development, risk management, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Oliva served as the Director of Human Resources at Pegasus TransTech, where she led talent onboarding, training programs, benefit plans, performance reviews and recruitment for employees in multiple state offices. She has held varying leadership roles in human resources and operations management for Quest Diagnostics and Network Synergy Group.
Ms. Oliva was recognized as the 2019 Tampa Bay HR Person of the Year, Medium Organization. In 2018, she was honored with Franklin Street's Leadership Award, which recognizes the person who exemplifies exceptional leadership qualities. Along with her work with Franklin Street, she serves as an active member and volunteer for HR Tampa.
Ms. Oliva earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
