As Associate for Franklin Street Insurance Services, Dixon Cannon specializes in designing commercial property and casualty programs tailored specifically for retail, industrial, office and multifamily multitenant property owners from across the U.S. Mr. Cannon uses his extensive industry experience and market expertise to create proprietary Master Policy Layered Programs that address each client’s unique situation and goals. He has long-standing relationships with leading insurance underwriters that provide him access to highly sought-after markets, which deliver the best terms and most competitive pricing available.
Previously, Mr. Cannon served as a Marketing Analyst for Franklin Street, performing complex insurance, financial, and economic research/analysis of commercial real estate properties. Prior to Franklin Street, he worked for Southwind Inc. on several business development initiatives, including generating new leads and accounts for multiple business entities such as Southwind Ford, Sharber Oil, and SouthWind Plantation. He also has experience in sales and marketing strategies for all types of institutions – growing their portfolios and increasing brand awareness across the country.
Mr. Cannon is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and attends programs and events regularly. He has earned his 2-20 General Lines Insurance License.
