Eric Brown serves as a Project Manager for Franklin Street’s Atlanta office. In this role, he leads the construction management for a variety of commercial real estate projects, including ground up development, redevelopment, exterior facelifts, interior remodels and build-to-suits (or design-builds).
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Brown was an Asset and Project Manager at Caliber Capital, where he supported the real estate executive team in all facets of acquiring properties and executing the business plan for each asset including: analysis, project management, site selection, lease negotiation, and asset management. He previously served as an Asset Manager at Cygnus Capital, where he was responsible for managing the fund’s acquisition pipeline, disposing of legacy assets, and project and asset management.
Prior to his time at Cygnus, Mr. Brown worked for a PIMCO subsidiary, where he placed over $43 MM in single family home rental investments. He also owned and operated his own commercial real estate brokerage focusing on liquidating special assets for asset managers across the southeast. He began his career in commercial real estate with Marcus and Millichap in Atlanta in 2006.
Mr. Brown received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
