As Vice President for Franklin Street’s Commercial Property Management division, Patrick McGucken specializes in maximizing the value of his client’s assets by maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors while also overseeing the division’s business development objectives. His experience includes: construction management, budget forecasting, client relations, and lease administration.
Mr. McGucken’s leadership has resulted in several accolades for Franklin Street including being listed as a Top Commercial Property Management Firm by the Tampa Bay Business Journal several years in a row. He previously served as Senior Regional Manager for Franklin Street Management Services, where he oversaw the firm’s commercial property portfolios. Prior to his employment at Franklin Street, Mr. McGucken held various positions with The Bank of Tampa. His responsibilities included the testing of hardware and software, writing procedure manuals, staff training, and final implementation of Branch Capture – a digital payment processing product. After implementation, he was responsible for the improvement of quality control systems relating to all digital images filtering through Branch Capture or Remote Deposit Capture.
Mr. McGucken is a lifelong resident of Tampa, and earned his bachelor’s degree from Strayer University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). He has attended ICSC’s John T. Riordan School for Professional Development in its Management Institute and is currently pursuing his Certified Manager designation through ICSC.
