As senior associate for Franklin Street Capital, Casey Crane specializes in the sourcing, analysis, and placement of debt and equity financing for real estate investors across asset classes.
With a diverse background in tax credit syndication, institutional equity research, and investment strategy, Mr. Crane partners with his clients to identify and implement creative financing solutions that maximize return while preserving balance sheet stability and strength.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Crane worked in real estate feasibility for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds where he assisted in the syndication of over $65 million in affordable housing developments and rehabilitation across the country.
Previously, he worked in equity research for a multi-billion dollar REIT fund at Neuberger Berman in New York City.
Mr. Crane received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the King’s College in Manhattan.
