As a Senior Associate, Tim Rogers, specializes in retail landlord representation throughout the Orlando and Central Florida market. In this role, he focuses on leasing services, including transaction management and execution, as well as market analysis and business development on behalf of clients.
Mr. Rogers is a regular contributor to national and regional real estate publications on the topic of retail and changes in the market that will affect the industry.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Rogers served as Associate Director at Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, where he focused on retail and landlord representation. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Rogers worked a variety of retail oriented and professional positions. This retail experience drives his passion of working with local, regional, and national retailers and restaurant groups and negotiating deals on their behalf.
Mr. Rogers received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University and earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Central Florida in 2019. He currently serves on the sponsorship committee for Urban Land Institute (ULI) Central Florida chapter and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
