Todd Mitchell specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties throughout Georgia and Alabama. With nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing and customer relations, Mr. Mitchell is an expert at creating long-term value opportunities for his clients and their assets.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Mitchell served as Account Director for North Highland Consulting, where he was responsible for strategic account management, business development and performance analysis for various global clients. He also worked for several consulting and staffing companies in a variety of roles focused on placing accounting, finance and technology professionals on a national basis.
Mr. Mitchell has been the recipient of many individual and group sales awards, including BlueTree Financial Search Partners’ Outstanding Achievement Award and Top Revenue Producer Award, TRC Staffing Services’ Regents Club Award, and iSymmetry, Inc.’s Presidents Club Award. He also has completed many leading national sales training programs, including Advanced Sales Training, Conceptual Selling, Strategic Selling, Profit-Center Management Training, Operations Management Training and Sales Skills Training.
He received his bachelor of arts in History from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Sales Associate in the state of Georgia.
