The Inside Lane provides ten committee-selected applicants the opportunity to gain deeper insight into the inner workings of Franklin Street. Once a year, employees are encouraged to apply to the program as an opportunity to solve an area of improvement for the company as assigned by leadership. Participants will work closley with executives, members of the board, and team members across offices and lines of business. Collaboration to shape and support the future of Franklin Street shows genuine interest and dedication to the company. The Inside Lane is a key tool for identifying our rising stars and future leaders.
